Kudos to Laura Whitehorn (who I had the honor of representing in the Capitol Bombing/Resistance Conspiracy Case), for resurrecting the words of Sister Safiya and bringing them to life in her book, published posthumously. My upcoming memoir #BlackPowerBlackLawyer is dedicated to four brothers and four sisters, now all ancestors I walked with in this world. Am forever honored that Sister Safiya was one.
